yes....i know every ones blogging about this bike. 

i did my first flower delivery the other day by bike. it was so wonderful not having to pay for parking,also people wanted to know which shop the flowers were coming from. 

{ wedding flower soundtrack }

each wedding i design i get stuck on one song. {helps me concentrate-i guess} this past wedding this was the song i was listing to. 

{ frequent flower cards }

my husband victor came up with these buyer cards....each time you buy flowers or a gift, you recive a lotus stamp + after your 6th one you get a free bouquet. he's always coming up with neat ideas. {sometimes he can't turn it off}

victor really wants to come and work with me full time.....right now he's at a desk job. he used to do this {he's the one on top of the tow truck} so for now &  maybe until the boys are grown, he'll contuniue to  help me design + deliver your wedding flowers. and i'll keep sending bouquets to his cubical.

my son remy has been my little flower partner since birth. when he was a baby he had a special  warm suit for the markets freezing cooler.

this morning i picked him up his favorite flower at the market, and surprised him with a bouquet while he was still in his warm bed....oh! the look on his face.

as amber  from city signs was installing my sign, i looked up and saw a red tail hawk soaring above the shop. 

since it's my favorite bird it really made me happy, and hopefully a sign of good luck.

{ monday morning }

i'm sooooo tired this morning....forgot how it was to wake up at 5am for the flower market. {before when i did just weddings i would go whenever}

luckily i have an "employee" now.  my son dru- 15 is helping out for a summer job. he's been great so far.

per the boss/accountant/husband  wanted me to open before the signs went up....i've got a temporary one in place. i've meet some nice people, and the turn outs been great so far 

and yes....we stole the award badges from crown + crumpet {love-love that shop} ours has sayings like "winner of my heart" we also carry cards, soaps, handmade jewelry,  candles + more to come

my work stays here... but then again i want to stay here. it's hard going home.

still have more adjustments to make  around here ,then the grad opening party planning is on.
